How to Place an Order?
Shopping with Yasmemua is easy:
1. Browse our collection and select your preferred product.
2. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your shipping details and complete your payment.
4. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

We currently accept PayPal for secure and easy checkout. You can use your PayPal account or check out as a guest with a credit or debit card via PayPal.

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check the status on our Order Tracking Page.

How Much Is Shipping & How Long Does It Take?
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders (estimated delivery: 12-20 business days).
- Faster Delivery: If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order. Additional costs may apply.

What If My Order Is Delayed or Lost?
If your order is significantly delayed or missing, please contact our support team. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
3. Returns & Refunds
What Is Your Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority! Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns if:
- The item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
How Do I Request a Refund?
To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@yasmemua.com with your order details and a description of the issue, photo or video. We’ll guide you through the process.
Who Covers the Return Shipping Costs?
- If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

We respect your privacy! All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of the contents or our brand on the outside.
